Website Content Solves Problems
All the content on your business website is all about solving your customer’s problem.

  • Where can I stay on a farm in Otago…can I go tramping around a lake while I’m there?
  • Where can I get help with my GST?
  • Who seels automatic garage door openers in Hamilton…Do they install?
  • How do I breed Alpaca’s?
  • Who is a good tax specialists in Kerikeri?

Content is about their needs…your customer’s needs, not our needs. The questions they ask you hint at their problem.

Take action - keep track of the things people ask you. Then write or rewrite your website content to answer their questions.

Start here by writing the problem you think your customers have.  If unsure, post a description of your business here my readers can help you out, me too.
